The e-win puts a servo motor on every axis — clamping, injection, plasticising and ejection — with ball-screw actuation and linear guides throughout. The result is leading efficiency and maximised running accuracy: full closed-loop control holds shot weight steady to fractions of a gram, while the oil-free drivetrain makes it naturally suited to cleanroom and medical work. Flexible and modular, it covers everything from 16-second connector cycles to cryogenic storage tubes.

When should I choose an all-electric machine over a hydraulic one?
All-electric makes sense when you want precision, repeatability, low energy use and a clean production environment. With a servo motor on every axis, the e-win holds shot weight steady to fractions of a gram and moves axes in parallel for fast, accurate cycles — ideal for connectors, precision electronics and medical parts. For very large, high-tonnage parts a servo-hydraulic machine like the t-win is usually the better tool.
Is the e-win suitable for cleanroom and medical production?
Yes. The e-win's drivetrain is oil-free, so there's no hydraulic oil to manage and emissions are low. Combined with its compact frame and closed-loop control, that makes it naturally suited to cleanroom, medical and electronics work where contamination and consistency really matter.
How much clamping force does the e-win offer, and how do I size it?
The e-win covers 1,000 to 5,000 kN. As a rule of thumb, clamping force needs to exceed the projected area of your part and runners multiplied by the cavity pressure. Send us your part, material and number of cavities and we'll size the machine to it rather than leaving you to estimate.
Do all-electric machines really cut running costs?
They typically do. Electric servo drives only draw power when an axis is moving, energy is recovered on deceleration, and low-friction ball-screw actuation reduces losses. Optional infrared heating bands trim barrel heating energy further. For high-utilisation cells, the reduction in energy and cooling load adds up quickly over the machine's life.
